As a doctor of Chinese medicine, single mom to a child with a rare genetic disorder, and an entrepreneur, I’ve had my fair share of challenges. But despite it all, I remain optimistic about our society’s direction. This podcast is born out of my quest to generate positive change in the world, starting with individual health and accountability for our environmental impact and to elevate our life and champion a healthier Earth. Trust me, I’m not about to recommend a two-hour meditation or a cold plunge to start your day – I’m a single mom with a busy life, just like many of you. Instead, we’ll explore practical, step-by-step ways to build health, reduce toxins in our diets and environments, and start moving the needle for ourselves and society at large.
