As a doctor of Chinese medicine, single mom to a child with a rare genetic disorder, and an entrepreneur, I’ve had my fair share of challenges. But despite it all, I remain optimistic about our society’s direction. This podcast is born out of my quest to generate positive change in the world, starting with individual health and accountability for our environmental impact and to elevate our life and champion a healthier Earth.
